RCF Chembur may commercialize part of its Mumbai land
State-owned fertilizer maker Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd (RCF), in Chembur, is working on a plan to convert a portion of 277 acres of prime land it uses for employee residences into a commercial development of residential properties, two senior executives at the company said.

The area being a high security zone, most of these establishments are protected by high walls all around. Besides the refineries and the power station, a naval centre is also nearby which is also a sensitive establishment.
Ryan School Students Play Friendly Cricket with Ozy Compatriots
A cricket match was held between the young team from Australia Com Inc. and Ryan India, at the RCF sports complex grounds, Chembur here on Wednesday Mach 31. The Ryan India team comprised students from Mumbai and Navi Mumbai schools.
The match was flagged-off by Dr Augustine Pinto, educationist and chairman of Ryan Group, renowned cricket legend Balwinder Sandhu, former badminton champion Ami Ghia, Bollywood actor Johny Lever, famous cricket commentator Milind Wagle and former Olympian hockey player Rahul Singh. Various personnel from HPCL, RCF and BPCL also attended the event.
