Institute of Technology is a private institute that was established in the year 1984 at Chembur in Mumbai. The college is under Vivekananda Education Society and is highly renowned for the quality of education provided within the campus boundaries. The college is approved by AICTE.
Courses Offered
The college has both undergraduate and post graduate programs. The list of the departments along with their intakes is written as follows: 60 seats for Tele- Communication Engineering, 60 seats for Electronics Engineering, 60 seats for Information Technology, 60 seats for Instrumentation Engineering, 18 seats for Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Tele- Communication Engineering, and 60 seats for Masters in Computer Application.

The college provides placement in big corporate giants such as WIPRO, TATA Consultancy Service, Infosys, Satyam, Motorola India LTD and such others.
Infrastructure
The institute provides all modernized amenities. The campus is quite large along with a well stocked and well furnished library. There is also an auditorium and a well equipped gymnasium. Separate building for every department is there within the campus.
Admission Procedure and Eligibility Criteria
The candidates need to pass a written entrance examination conducted at the state level. The candidates who obtain a minimum cut-off are selected for getting the admission.
The candidate aspiring for admission must be an Indian and should be at least 20 years old as on the date of the written test. The applicant should be unmarried at the admission time and must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks at the HS level with PCBM combinations.
