Responsibility

  • Handling Customer on Phone.
  • Assigning call to the Engineer.
  • Preparing Daily Summery Report.
  • Preparing Daily Report of Call.
  • Preparing Daily Analysis Report.
  • 24/7 Support.
  • Should have very good Communication skill.
